A small grunt used to agree with something, or to follow along with, used as an affirmative, or used to reinforce the previous statement.

Pronounced: "Rough", in the manner of a canine

"Dude, wanna go get some slurpies?"
"Ruugh"

or

"Thats coz you're gay... yeah ruugh"
