A person who believes he/she is actually a merman.
He/she will believe so only if he/she is put in a tank of blue liquid.

Also a very silly person who will make you laugh a lot.

Girl - "What was that thing that just jumped in the water?"
Father - " Oh don't worry it's just a Flaminia!"

"Don't be such a flaminia, you're acting like a merman!"
