Orgasm caused by auditive pleasure.
This phenomenon may occur in many different situations, but basically by listening to really good music. Though, it's not imposible to have an eargasm by hearing your worst enemy scream in pain.

Mike, have you listened to the new Alt J album? You're gonna have an eargasm , I swear.
