He is a living God who, on rare occasion, uses 1% of his power to destroy enemies as hard as Goku. We, mortals, are lucky to even see the mortal form of Shaggy, just the sight his true form would make any human disintegrate.
Interviewer: What is an example of 5% of your power?
Shaggy: Before this universe was a better universe, but when I burped I used 5% of my power and I destroyed everything.

Shaggy: for a few millennia I was alone, then I sneezed and made the universe out of what you mortals call "The Big Bang"
