Proper Noun: When men, and on occasion, when women cannot masturbate, perform sexual actions, or receive sexual actions, as they will lose the contest that inherently all people of the male gender, and as I have said, sometimes of the female gender, have been entered into via an oral contract for the entire month of October.
The month of No Jerktober tends to be hard on the men of a special fraternity that is not a fraternity, but just a residence hall in the middle of no-where, because it is just not fair when the only available amusements may in fact be the women that tease and tempt us so brutally, and make us wish we were dead or getting some, preferably the latter.
