Nooblordjjj is the Dictator of the Computer Union (TCU) in Roblox. He's most known for clapping his friend/boyfriend, Eekmeep. Another thing that he's known for is the Roblox Game "papers pls", as an inspector question is "Who is our glorious leader" being Nooblordjjj.
