Ironman 

1. n. A popular punishment given in wrestling by bastard coaches, usually involving getting beaten by more experienced wreslers (the coach too, if he feels kinky) until you are too tired to even get a hard-on, and then slowly beat down by bitchy girl wrestlers who can't take you down otherwise, then tease you grabbing you balls and pretending nothing happened.

2. v. To get so hard and horny that you must either jack-off or do a girl in the next 5 minutes. Not to be confused with hard-on or superman.
