desi

In Australian slang, a term for an utter fool or a term of abuse for general idiotic behaviour. Also used to describe someone when inebriated. Derived from the name Desmond which is considered an old fashioned name often ridiculed in the manner of Nigel.

"Settle down you desi."

"You are one pissed desi."

"He is acting like a complete desi."

"You desi."
