It is when a male does a split to get at waist level with a woman, then punches straight out into her vagina.

Woman: Last night i was at a party and this guy totally v-punched me. I won't be able to have babies.

Male: My girlfriend was acting like a real noob, so to teach her a lesson i v-punched her.
