an ubersexual sandwich, a complete manly affair with plenty of meat. Frequently constructed bursting out of a large baguette, hands are rarely washed when constructing a manwich (you're so hard you scare off the germs anyway)and stuff is just stuffed in, Uber hot chilli sauce compulsory.
