A situation is court when a lawyer is showing utter incompetence or acts inappropriately in court. Typically results in ridicule from the judge.
The defence counsel kept screaming out stupid and inappropriate objections and violating court proceedings, eventually leading to the judge sanctioning the lawyer for his persistent habbaism
