TITS 

Stands for TRAFFIC INDUCED TOURETTE'S SYNDROME. A condition brought on by the stupidity of people while driving in traffic. Often causes sufferer to blurt out incredibly colorful profanity at inappropriate times. There is no known cure.

Bill: "@#$%*! with a #$%@* and $#@!&*%$# #$@!#$%%#!"
Sandy: "Bill, your TITS are showing again."
Bill: "I know. But that guy was a #$%@!* $#@%&*! with a #$%&@# and he can go #$%*& himself with $%#@*&!"
