This is a general expression used when someone says something that is pretty gay indeed. It is used when you are too lazy to say anything else. It can also be used when you are exclaiming.

It has a sarcastic connotation...

soham: zomg i am a fattycakes!!! look at my roooolls of fat! watch how they jiggle up and down and side-to-side!

anyone else: oh quads!
