Someone who is not up to date on current internet lingo. Usually describing someone not in the "in crowd".

"Dude, That guy's plinch."

"Yeah, He's been around for a while, but still hasn't caught up on all of the lingo."

Plinge 

Someone who is not up to date on current words and/or topics. Most commonly used in regards to online drama.

"Dude, my dad's plinge on all of this stuff. Trying to talk to him about it isn't going to help."
