Manrocket 

The act of grabbing a person from behind at the knees and lifting them up as far as possible, then releasing them violently, while shouting, "MANROCKET!" For person(s) with larger size, use two people, one for each leg.

Bob: Did you see that manrocket I gave Joe?
Robert: Damn yeah, you got him up high.
