A golden- to dark medium-brown complexioned black person. Or heck, any nonwhite person whose skin is such a color. He/she/they are sometimes very attractive or pleasing to the eye. And their skin can gradually change many different shades from exposure to direct sunlight.

The activity of dating a fellow employee at a business, company, etc. that provides your PAY. More younger black people seem to be currently doing this, even though many work situations tend to be stressful places where folks argue, fight, and learn painfully about each others' bad sides.
