Metsed is when a baseball team blows an easy win, when it seems like its impossible to do so. It can also refer to anything that seems like its easy to accomplish but you still manage to fuck it up anyway.

Did you see Luis Castillo last night? Metsed another game.

Dude, how did you not hook up with her last night? I don't know man, I guess I metsed that one.
