Maidenhawk's definitions
A persons, after imbibing in too much alcohol, who has problems speaking common words, phrases or sentences clearly or audibly. Usually the words come out slurred or several words may be linked together to form a new random word.
When I was at a party one of the people had so much to drink they spoke Mushmouthian and noone could understand a word they were saying.
