A personality type or individual who frequently makes impulsive decisions that are not fully thought out, or who enters into actions, projects, and relationships without being fully committed. They exhibit massive enthusiasm during the initial "brainstorming" phase but lack the mental stamina or discipline to fully "cook" the idea, often leaving plans or people completely stranded halfway through.
