It is the act of grabbing your penis and putting the bottom part of your nuts on a girls vagina and take a dump on her from her vagina till you get to her head, then you drag your butt back and smear the poop while making a dysfunctional beeping noise. Extra points for farting while in "reverse" because it is like pollution from the top of a Dysfunctional Steamroller.
