MEOH 

An acronym for Monster Erection Of Hell. Basically, where you get the biggest erection of your life, and always at inopportune moments, such as during a school presentation, or during a dance with someone that you'd rather them not feel your erection, at that moment in time.

"While giving a report on the history of the Holocaust, Nate had an obvious MEOH in his pants."
