unionised

this word can differentiate workers from chemists:
If you are a worker, you use this word to refer to the formation of unions
and you pronounce it union-ised

If you study chemistry, you use this word to refer to a non-ionised substance
and you pronounce it un-ionised
(for a worker): We at the factory organised ourselves against the contractors. We are unionised!
(for a chemist): The experiment shows acetic acid remains unionised in organic solvents.
