A term used for someone so desperate for some cock, that they would fuck a hotdog. This is for males and females, but was originated from a male boy in junior high.

Person 1: "Wow, Devin is such a hotdog fucker."
Person 2: "Yeah, I heard he's developed a hot dog fetish."
