Cuepes (pronounced like grapes with a Kway-Kwaypes) are a girls breasts or butt cheeks. It generally means a girl is attractive.

Large boobs or butts

It can be used as a question and answer to ask and confirm if a girl is attractive or has large Cuepes.
Ex: Question: "Cuepes?" Answer: "Cuepes!"
