Dave Chappelle

A man with a show on Comedy Central who is essentially the Carlos Mencia of black people, minus the "DEH DEH DEH" catchphrase. He's just as unfunny as Mencia, too.

Widely known examples of Dave Chappelle's "humour":

1. "DAVID CHAPPELLE?!"
"THAT'S RIGHT, BITCH."

2. "I'm Rick James, bitch!"

3. "YEAH. WHAT? OKAY."
