A way of acknowledging a kid that recently moved to the neighborhood. Usually applies until the arrival of a new kid on the block.

Guy 1: "Did you see the new kid on the block?"
Guy 2: " No, where is he from?"

Harlot of Babylon. A mythological female figure and also place of evil mentioned in the Book of Revelation in the Bible. Used to describe someone vulgar or rude.
