One who does not characterize themself as part of the Right Wing or Left Wing spectrum, instead being outside of the Left–Right political spectrum; typically an existentialist, free spirit, nihilist, or similar.

Listen Cletus, I might criticize your racism, but that doesn't make me a Leftist, I also oppose late term abortion and I'm more of an Outist.
