ooh laird 

Expression of delight and amazement when noticing a very attractive person, but always said outside of their earshot. The 'ooh' part can be elongated depending on exactly how attractive the person is, e.g. an absolute fittie would attract an "Ooooooooooh laird!"

Nojworth: Ooooooh laird!
