When a person (usually a crackhead) takes a hoot of any drug that smokes and before they blow it out they go balls deep and the owner of said balls holds their head down until they flail and fart and may god be wuth them if they die from it lol is a death hoot and it multiples the effect from the drugs by a huge amount
