Dome Peace 

The act of a girl stopping mid-blow job, and failing to continue. She "peaces" from the scene shortly after cursing the victim with inevitable blue balls.

-"I heard you got the dome peace last night."
-"Yeah, bitch made me settle for blue balls!"
