Any individual who consistently buzzkills your stories or ideas with his or her judgment, thereby neutering your curiosity and creative spirit.

Employee 1: I told my boss a new idea yesterday and all he gave me were ten reasons why it will never work.

Employee 2: He can be such a judge-hole!

Employee 3: Yeah, yesterday he judge-holed me in front of everyone.
