Twiderpated 

When someone is completely flustered over something very easily understood, or when they just cant seem to grasp the general concept of why some one is doing what they are doing.

Ie. She was all twiderpated when her friends told her that her hair looked awful.
Ie. "Dude shes like 250 in a bikini, im all twiderpated, how'd she get that thing on?"
