A d bomb is a method of taking the drug mephedrone, also known as drone,
meow, mcat etc. Some of the powder is put into a bit of
paper, normally a
cigarette paper, and is folded up to about the size of a tablet. It is then swallowed and ingested to hit the user harder than when snorted.
