This desperation has led to the compromise of her beliefs and values, the desecration of her dignity and self-worth, and her inability to stand up for herself and what she deserves as a human being, eg. loyalty, fidelity, and honesty in a romantic relationship.
I know Jane's always wanted a boyfriend but since her and Adam started dating she's become a cuck. He spends all of her money and flirts openly with other women. I can tell it bothers her but she's so afraid of losing him that she doesn't say anything.
