archaic, from 1980s, but for old people, still useful. "Hard stare."

From 1988 Baltimore, one detective says to the other, as they watch a man they just convicted of murder brought out of the courtroom, "Is it time for the ceremonial eye fuck? I think we've earned it." As quoted by David Simon, Homicide, A year on the killing streets, 1991.
