Any man who is not native to Germany and yet can stir teutonic passions with an arrogant self denial of their own inescapable naffness, which may take the form of (but not exclusively): an outrageously large curly head of hair, shirtless leather outfits, 80's style dad dancing, or general homoerotic behaviour.
