To be dweebed is when you are so beyond drunk or high that you actually find the girl you are trying to rail interesting.

Bro 1: Dude, how many drinks have you had last night? You only had to buy her one to get in her pants.

Bro 2: Too many, I was dweeb'd out. We had a 45 minute conversation about the pidgeons that live on her roof. I didn't even get it in.
