A dergogatory term to describe Mexican Nationals from Mexico, shortened from the term "wetback".

Miguel: Ray, do you understand me or are you a webber?
Ray: I understand English, I was born here.

Ray: Like my new shoes Miguel?
Miguel: Hell no! Those shoes look webber!!
