Racial slang for a rude under privileged black child without manors or common sense due to being brought up in a broken home in the ghetto.

Chis, "look at that Monkey Joe pushing kids around to get to the front of the line at the bounce house".
Brian "Just another another typical rude ghetto baby without manors flipping out for attention".
