A person who loves to be in a car, and loves to drive pointlessly around all day long just to be seen in the car.

A car cat is usually not the driver of the car. They usually love to listen to music loudly in the car too.

Zee: These girls are just car cats man.
Aki: Yeah they just want to drive around all day with music blasting.

Friend: Lets go for a drive
Driver: To where?
Friend: I don't know
Driver: Ahh you just want to be a car cat!
