dinnerathon

A blending word from "dinner" and "marathon". It refers to a person, usually a young kid, who eats the main meals of the day at an unbearably slow pace. This activity normally lasts a long time and require a lot of effort and patience from the kid and the parent (mother in particular) as well.

“My son Luke is having his dinnerathon again”, sighed Ammy in despair.
