1) Talking but not really saying anything. Example: "Well, uh, you know, ummm..."

1) "Don't him-haw around, just say it!" or "We him-hawed about the weather."

2) " I him-haw and he betters the offer. Finally the deal goes down."

3) "We procrastinate, delay, him-haw around and then 3 weeks before vacation we work like maniacs."
