b) something that is lame, ugly, slow, or damaged.

a) Trevor you are so hood, you wait for the fucking rain to wash your ride for you!
b) Krista your car is so hood, the seats are ripped up and the beast goes zero to sixty in like 5 minutes, you need a better ride man.
