One of the many names for the drug you may know as marijuana. The term is most commonly used amongst people of African descent. The term is used when inquiring the state of the transaction between two individuals. Also, the term can be used when one desires to acquire a feeling of euphoria.

"Yo Travis, you get my stanky-stank yet?"

"Hey Ben, you wanna hit this stanky-stank?"
