To be irritated and frustrated at the same time. A combination between irritation and frustrated.

Person 1 - I don't get it, what's the joke?
Person 2 - It's not that hard to understand. just reply who's there.
Person 1 - Are you becoming irritated..?
Person 2 - No, I'm not irritated, I'm irritationated.
