Penguin Pals

Penguin Pals is a category of interpersonal relationships between a Male and a Female. Higher in rank than a "Friend" but less intense than "Courting". Penguin Pals can often touch each other in intimate ways, but have set ground rules to prevent over agitation from behavior by either party.
