spaegie

A coined word in northern Scotland. Commonly, but not exclusively, to the Shetland isles. Spaegie is the soreness you experience after a workout or any form of exercise. This pain or stiffness can be felt immediately after exercising and not to be confused with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)

MAN1: "Aw man my arms hurt so much after doing all those sick reps at the gym!"
