An IT person or other techie who has no patience with those who have less technical "skill" or "knowledge". Usually coupled with poor social skills. Based on the short tempered and socially inedpt super-tech Chloe O'Brien on the popular Fox Television series "24".

That guy from IT is such a Chloe--he doesn't help you learn, he just gets mad at you and does it himself.

Don't be such a Chloe.

Prejudice or discrimination based on an individual's belief system. Similar to racism.

He can see the faults of every religion but his own. He's such a beliefist.
