Pig Latin for bitch, this slang originated from Allan Assad, known as the ‘king of ichbays.’ It’s used to describe someone, usually male, with low testosterone who can’t stand up for themselves, or someone who simps for girls. It implies their manhood doesn’t exist, because they do things that a normal man doesn’t do, therefore they are an ichbay
