Soymayo 

A person who employs people they see as inferior as a way to avoid accountability for their own actions within an enterprise. Tries to imitate something that is already gross enough as it is.

Kam doesn't hire anyone north of the border because they have no reason to play along with the constant scheming... a total soymayo who uses a construction business as a drug-running front.
